Send your partner one small Valentine package. It should cost $2 or less to send, and should include something pink. It can be purchased, salvaged, or handmade. Candy, stationery, pincushion, makes no difference. One item, or three, whatever fits. It's wide open. International packages should be under $4 to send. Think pink. Think cheap. Think dandelion-ish. edit: you may not rate down if your partner spends more or less than the suggested guideline in shipping. You MAY rate down if they flake, which they won't. And if they send crap you may send them back that awful gift your mother-in-law gave you this year... you know the one... it would serve them right! That will be enough to keep any Dandelion in line!

Are your shipping prices something to get rated down for if not within the dollar amount you specified in swap description?

NO!! Just a guideline. You are free to spend more on shipping. I had that in there and I accidentally deleted it when I changed part of the requirements. It was much more complicated to start with. :) I had you searching for all kinds of stuff.

Um, my package was 41 cents over...but I blame it on choosing a box instead of bubble wrap. I still say that's pretty good for going all the way across the country. :)

I don't think anyone will ever rate down for a more costly package than required!! :) And it is still following the spirit of the swap.
