Lottery Scraps ATC

For this swap, you will make 1 ATC for 1 partner. Aside from the requirement of it being standard sized, your ATC must have some piece (at least 1, although you can use as much as you'd like!!) of a lottery ticket on it. It can be a scratch off, or a regular drawing type ticket that you use.

This idea approached me as I was losing over and over and over again on scratch offs, and the Mega Millions...I started throwing the losing tickets straight in the garb, but I realized we could all use these for art purposes!!

Just make sure you're not cutting up a winner!!

NOTE YES, it does count if the ticket is used as an ATC blank (cut to standard size, of course) instead of as an embellishment.

Who knew those losers could be worth something after-all!?
