Mug rugs are hitting the crafting scene with a force! Measuring around 5"x8", these cute little quilted mats are perfect for resting your cup of coffee and a delicious treat. You can use up your scrap bin, embroider or applique some art work, and about a million other things to make these mug rugs truly special. Your mug rug must be quilted using a lower loft batting and be bound using bias tape or quilt binding. The design and colors are up to the sender, but please be sure to take a look at their likes and dislikes. Check out Flickr and Google Images for a whole lot of inspiration. You will have one partner and will be sending them a quality hand crafted quilted mug rug. Please check out your partners likes and dislikes before making the mug rug. As they are pretty light, this will be an international swap. Please do your best work and aim for those hearts with your work. | |
