I am addicted to altering comp books to make them into a journal. I am talking about the cover and back. Basically you will use one new and in good condition composition book and alter the front and back. You can use anything you wish! Scrapbook paper, cards, buttons, stickers etc. Make it look awesome. Take your time. Please do not just throw a sticker on there and call it a day. Think of it as ATC..only its for the front and back of a journal. Anyone is welcome...but profiles must be filled out.

What is a composition book?

Yes this would be helpful to know as I don't think we call them that in the UK. Does it have a soft cover or hard? What size is it? Does it have lines?

oh I am sorry. A composition book is a notebook that is found in almost any store that carries school and office supplies. The Size should be similar to a 8 by 10. Doesnt have to be exactly that, but you get the idea. It does not have to have lines and the cover needs to be hard enough for you to alter it.

and composition book is sewn, not spiral bound... and it's most often used by school kids... :)

I understand altering front and back. but, my question is, inside as well as outside?

No, its suppose to be just the outside. Its like you are making a journal for your partner to use.

I just found the one I had altered about a month ago, but have not used it for anything...I think I'm making another, just for fun and see which one would be better to send...my partner may be getting two as sometimes I just can't make up my mind.

Hey everyone. I sent out an email to all participant letting you all know the dates would be extended. I also said i was waiting on a few emails from some people who signed up who do not have a well filled out profile. Wanted to be sure they were legit so no one would get flaked on.
