If I were to make a felt pin would that qualify as jewelry?

@dynasourX Not if you are referring to craft felt; usually a felt pin would qualify as a craft and not as Art Jewelry. Art Jewelry is, one of a kind, artistic jewelry pieces, made by artists using quality materials who are creating and expressing their visions in jewelry like a painter would use his paints. Often these pieces are intended to become heirloom pieces as they are unique, one of a kind treasures. While cutting felt into shapes is not considered an art form, taking wool and felting it, beading it, adding it to metal or other materials, and turning that into a form of jewelry, would be considered an artform. I'm not sure which you are referring to, or which you do, but hope that helps.
