Last Signer Label Bags

In most label bag swaps you are only allowed one last signer, if any. I always end up with a stack of last signer label bags that seem to keep growing. This swap is for 5 last signer label bags. If you don't have 5 last signers, you can swap ones with more than one place left. Remember you may receive 5 label bags that you will fill the last spot and be responsible for sending them home, even if you have sent ones that weren't last signers. If you send extra label bags beyond the 5 last signers, make sure they are NOT last signers. No more than 5 last signers to your partner.
