Love is in the air... For this swap we will be creating ATC's with the word LOVE some where present on your card. Any variation on the word (lovely, lover, loved, etc..) will be accepted. Aside from this rule, you have an open theme! Here are the rules: 1 ATC for 1 partner. ATC sizing applies: 2.5x3.5. 4.8 or higher rating for this swap. Follow theme requirements. No flakers allowed. If you sign up, follow through. Recent 1's or 3's are a no-no. Newbies are very welcome with a completed profile + 5 mailed swaps under your belt. Please provide your best work of art. Slapping stickers on cardstock will not cut it folks! Once received, be kind, rate promptly. Happy Swapping!

Hi I'm new to swap-bot as well, But I only have one mailed swap under my belt at the moment. I've never made an ATC before, but I've made a lot of other cards for any purpose... I'm not a flake, it would never cross my mind to join in a swap and then not send anything... And I would really love to join this swap, cause Love is my favorite theme to create from...

I really love this swap but I only have 3 swaps rated and sent out five yesterday. I already started making the ATC in hopes I could get in before the cut off date with 5 swaps. Fingures are crossed.

I just wanted to post that I am SO excited to have my first swap. I'm actually torn about sending my first ATC, because I think it's pretty darn good (if I do say so myself!). :-)

My card is to be sent international...do most people take it to the Post Office, or can I "guestimate" the weight based on International Mail through USPS.com.

Any advice would be appreciated, as I have many international cards to send over the next few weeks, and I'm not sure if I should trust the USPS.com website.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Okay, I have to share this story. :-)

This is my first official swap and I was very excited to get mine out in the mail today. I drove to the Post Office to make sure my International postage was correct...and realized that it's Veteran's Day and the Post Office was closed. :-(

So much for my excitement! Will have to try tomorrow!
