Mega Loose Sticker Swap

wow...how cool...I don't have anywhere near 500 stickers though. Maybe 200. Anyone want to do a 200?

I love the idea, but yeah 500 might be too much. I have a lot of loose stickers for swaps and such and I'm not sure I have 500 for this. I'd be more comfortable with 200 to 250ish. I will watch for now... I might have to go shopping for new stickers, lol. =)

I likely have enough stickers but would need to see some restrictions in ratings to join before I would consider joining! I certainly wouldn't want to get flaked on! I agree 200 or 250 is a better number.

yeah I definately agree way too many stickers and what if someone decides to flake and there you are without any stickers . I think 200 would be a better number too .

I can do a 500 one and I can also do a 200-250 one ON TOP of a 500 one so I am IN on this one - and probably in on a 200-250 one if someone sets it up! :)

Should I cut apart the sheets or just count the stickers on the sheet? I have tons of Creative Memories brand stickers where a sheet has 4 or 5 large stickers ... so do I count that as 4 stickers or 1 sticker? I have thousands of stickers from my days as a consultant so 500 is NOT a problem... just curious how to count them...

My opinion...I'm watching this swap for now and see where it goes. I've been flaked on in another swap here and nothings being done so I'm kinda leary as to join in with it being 500 stickers. The other swap was different from this one. Sheets are better to leave as sheets-mailing wise-helps for the envelope not to be too 'puffy'...count the stickers on the sheet and thats how many you have there. Most tiny stickers (smaller than a thumbnail are usually counted 2=1) but thats up to the Coordinator as how that is. I would dislike to send out quality stickers and end up with all tiny ones in my opinion. Sending out this swap should be in a sturdy envie or small padded one in my opinion.

My package is ready to go... I was sorting stickers and such for a couple classes I'm teaching so I made 4 piles... 1 pile for the 2 classes, 1 pile to keep and 1 pile for this swap... I know there is more than 500 stickers as I didn't count the tiny ones, those are just bonus... can't wait to send this off to someone..

yay!! a REAL chance to go through ALL of my stickers (okay, i have thousands upon thousands, not including the ones i could never use or part with) and share the wealth!! HOWEVER, upon being nosy, i noticed a not so confidently rated swapper participating in this one, with 3s and a 1 and that does NOT make me very comfortable. i hate to be a negative nancy here, because generally i just don't join if i'm not comfortable, and my name isn't even nancy hehehe, but this is to much to lose in the event that someone gets flaked on.

I hope my partner won't mind a few that stay on the sheets

hi all, sorry i havent been able to get to your comments until now. sheets should not be a problem as long as they are not torn or cut the wrong way. i also understand your weariness about ratings. there is actually a rating requirement of 4.5 or higher. however, it looks like no one who has signed up has a rating below 4.6. another thing noted in the swap description is that they should not be all tiny stickers. people seem to be concerned about this, and i woulld say that generally 2-3 small ones equal one "regular" sized one. but the general rule is send what you would want to receive. im sure no one would want to receive 500 super tiny stickers. hope this swap is enjoyable for all!

i have a rather large package ready. there are some little ones so instead of couting 3x however many i put in there i just threw in a big handful :) ready to go out monday

sent my package today!! it is a full envelope (large cardboard one)... Hope my partner enjoys it.
