Send one ATC to 3 partners. Include one Halloween themed item. Examples: stickers, bookmark, extra ATC, inchies. (No food or novelty toys). Quality/creative ATC's only, aka, no 'stickers only' atc's. Requirements listed above, no newbies this time. Even if you meet the requirements, I reserve the right to ban at my choosing if I think you will flake. 3 partners x 1 ATC each and 1 Halloween item each = 3 ATCs and 3 Halloween items total for this swap.

What is the number of swaps completed you would like people to have to no longer be considered "newbies" for this swap?

Usually its 5-15, and it depends on the type of swaps. I will look at each swapper to see if I think they are ok to stay in this swap.

I have lots of Halloween supplies for ATCs and actually have 4 ATCs in a box for Halloween swapping so this would be a great swap...
