No need to break open the piggy bank for this swap! Simply grab $4, go to your favorite thrift store, and see what it will buy. You can either spend it all on one item, or a few different things. Either way, check out your partners profile before shopping to be sure you send something that they'll smile about. That's $4 to spend at the thrift store on one partner. I'm making this one US & Canada only, but will host an international one as well if asked by more than 2 members.
