Halloween Cupcake Toppers!

The first round of cupcake topper making was so much fun, we just had to do it again!

This time, you are invited to create one set of flat, Halloween-themed cupcake toppers (not 3D so we can keep our postage down by mailing in a regular envelope) with one dozen toppers.

This swap will be sender's choice, but it might be nice to have a look through your partner's bio and see what kinds of things he or she might enjoy. The toppers can be of your own original design or from any of the free downloadable templates floating out there, just as long as you credit any sources you might have used.

Halloween is a pretty broad theme, but please do not send anything too scary or grotesque that might be offensive to your partner.

Toppers must be:

• made of cardstock, clay, or any other sturdy material.
• neatly made and of good quality
• well-packaged so everything arrives in one piece. Remember, toothpicks can be fragile.

Please note: it's probably best to stay away from glitter or anything that might flake off easily, since these are meant to be used with edibles.

This should be a quick and inexpensive craft using materials you probably have around your home. If you need help on making toppers, check out this easy tutorial.

You will have two weeks to make and send your toppers, and you should receive your own set from your partner just in time for to make your Halloween cupcakes extra fancy!
