Short Story Exchange

I'm sure there are other people out there who are crazy about writing, so I'd like to do a short story exchange. You will be assigned one partner and write a short story for them. Go and take a look at your partner's profile and include something from there in your story. For example, if their profile says that as a child, they loved to play in their treehouse, why not write a short story that takes place in a treehouse? It can also be less obvious. If someone loves laughing, you could write about the importance of happiness. Anything goes, as long as it includes something from your partner's profile.

Your short story should be roughly between 1.000 and 3.000 words. If you go a bit over or under these limits, that's fine, just make sure it isn't too much.

It has to be an original story written by you. No fanfiction is allowed, and you cannot just copy someone else's work and pass it off as your own. That's called stealing and will not be tolerated.

You will send your story by snail mail. If you absolutely must, you can print it on some fancy paper, but this is not required. The focus in this trade is on the story.

Needless to say that in order to sign up, you must have a well filled-out profile. Newbies are more than welcome, as long as they meet this requirement, all others should have no recent 1s or 3s. If you think you've been rated unfairly, send me a PM before signing up, please.
