I need a friend who ... doesn't mind that I'm always striving for perfect grammar... or that I blame my mum for always correcting mine... or that I love the fact that she always did that!

Now nobody will want to be my friend. Oh, well. Watching for now!

@papercaper - as a grammar Nazi myself, my favorite thing to say to my kids was "Look in the dictionary", and my best friends and I had "dictionary moments", so I really would want to be your friend, in spite of this run-on sentence. :OD

I'll be your friend @papercaper and @peacewytch I am the person who does not use contractions in my speech patterns, have been told that my enunciation and pronounciation is too precise, and correct my childrens grammer, spelling and posture!

be aware that anne510 is a flaker she knew that the package she owes me was for a child and its bad enough to flake on someone but a child this is ridiculous. And claims to do what Jesus would do and all into religion if thats what christians are all about we all in trouble

Sooooo.... I'm trying to send out my email for this swap and I have a few people coming up as having spam filters and regjecting my email.... maybe I'm doing it wrong.

Yep... I've tried multiple times to send this to 4 different people in a variety of ways...and it's all getting sent back... what do i do?

I'm having the same issue. I'm getting back all of the emails I sent to Yahoo.com addresses. I have even tried resending, but I'm getting a bunk message from Yahoo saying my IP is blocked for attempted spamming.

I've messaged everyone whose email was returned, and I'm working to get them all re-sent ASAP.

maybe you need to send them separately?? is there a magic number of addressees (maybe 10 or 15) that makes yahoo think you're spamming??

To anyone who got an e-mail from Awishard@live.com that was me LOl sorry I forgot to include my swapbot name also I think u may be reciving a redraft of the entire thing so if u get two from me check them both as they are probably different. This one has alot of partners and I am midly overwhelmed by all the e-mails but you will all be rated I promise Its just taking me some time to shuffle thru everything

I resent my e-mail to everyone. It is all typed in the e-mail so u don't have to open any attachment and I included my swapbot name. I will take the time on thursday to sit down and actually rate everyone who has sent me an e-mail hopefully by then I will have gotten all 15 those I have not recieved by thursday I will rate yours on the 14th after the swap deadline Thank you for you patience with me I am a little airheaded at times sorry folks

@madhatter76 thats a shame IDK who your partners were but I feel like pretty much everyone desedrved a heart for this swap. I know I gave alot alot of them out!

I have just sent out my email to all my partners--I sent it to myself and then added all my partners as BCCs (Blind Carbon Copies) to protect privacy and make it easy. Not that that matters since we all trust each other enough to give out our personal information on SB to our partners... But I just wanted to clarify since it may look funny when you receive an email from me that I sent to myself! I played around with the font colors and size, hope you enjoy! I won't be rating until I receive all my emails because I want to read them all at once. Thanks for understanding. This was fun to do and also to consider what is important to me. I think a lot of the friend requests just turned out to be me describing what I like to do!

Hi Manda- I was being petty probably about heart thing. I'm PMS-ing so everything hurts my feelings this week! LOL But ((((HUGS)))) for cheering me up!

Hearts are given when the receiver feels what they received was extra special and the recipient wants to let others know about a great swap. It's truly up to the recipient what they consider "extra special". Of course, some are much more liberal at giving out hearts, and that's ok, but it can tend to create "expectations" in Senders when the Sender feels they gave an extra special swap, but they don't receive a heart. I'm not sure how an email/electronic swap can be that "extra special", but like beauty, it's all in the eye of the beholder.
