Tried & True Recipe Swap - Canada

Sure there are tons of recipes around that look good but lots of times they turn out to be flops. I have a main course handful of recipes that I love and use often and so I'd like to share them.

For this swap, choose at least 5 good recipes that you have personally cooked and given your stamp of approval to. We will then send them to each of our 5 partners by mail. Please write these on recipe cards so they can be stored in recipe boxes. Be sure to include notes or tips or any variations you've come up with for the recipe.

I'm keeping this within Canada so that it will be a cheap swap for us all to participate in.
