Kids Harry Potter Mail Art Swap

This swap is for Harry Potter fans ages 8-13. For this swap, your kid will send an envelope of Harry Potter themed mail art to your partner’s kid. Swaps should be preferably sent in a 6x9 manila envelope. For the most part, the kids should do this swap on their own. Adults can help address the envelope.

You will be sending a nice envelope filled with Harry Potter themed goodies. Stuff the envelope as best you can. Items can be handmade or store bought. Your child should send at least 7 different items, although more would be great and deserves a heart. Some things you can send are:

~ stickers ~ stationery ~ cut-out pictures ~ bookmarks ~ artist trading cards ~ fan art drawings ~ pen-pal letters ~ postcards ~ any small, lightweight jewelry items

You are not limited to the items on this list. Pretty much anything flat and lightweight (and Harry Potter themed!) can be sent.

My 10 year old sister, Annabelle, came up with the idea for this swap, which she will be participating in. She is a huge Harry Potter fan and loves trading and getting things in the mail. Her favorite house is Gryffindor. When you sign up for this swap, leave a comment with your child’s name, age, and any favorite characters and/or their favorite Hogwarts house. Also, if there is anything they like specifically or don’t want. This swap is a bit like a pen-pal swap, so feel free to write a nice letter.

Newbies with at least 3 completed and rated swaps are welcome. No one who’s had a 3 in the last 6 months can join or a 1 in the last year. No flakers allowed! This is a fun swap for kids and it would be really sad for a kid to be flaked on. If for some reason you are going to be late once I’ve assigned partners, please let your partner know. I will ban anyone who I don’t think will follow through with this swap. 
 Remember, this swap is for kids, and only send Harry Potter themed items. Adults, make sure to make a note of what the swap is for, and your swap-bot name so that your partner can rate you. Have fun!
