Description:

Why a matchbox, you ask? Summer Solstice is celebrated with bonfires in some areas and since we can't send fire, we might as well send something small that could start a fire. And won't cost heaven and earth to mail.

Make a matchbox that incorporates your interpretation of the solstice. It could be dancing naked in the moonlight, gathering flowers and herbs, sitting in a sunbeam and thanking the sun for making an appearance, or a balance of dark and light/day and night. An imagination is a terrible thing to waste.

Put something inside the matchbox that relates to your theme. It could be a poem, a wish, a token of summer, or a ray of hope.

Send day will be the Solstice.
