I Need to Get Started!! #4 QUICK-USA ONLY

Due to popular demand....here we go again!!! This is #4...

This is an I need to get started QUICK swap. This swap is meant for newbies! However anyone can join. No ratings required. If you have never swapped before, or you flaked before here is your chance to make it up. Anyone is welcome, if you love quick, easy swaps!!

Take a #10 envelope, (the size bills come in) or similar size and place at least 1 item inside and mail it to your partner on TIME!

Suggestions for contents...

•a sticker, but not a tiny one, (minium size a quarter)

•note card and envelope, blank

•recipe card with recipe on it

•Postcard, write on or leave blank

•business card of your shop/site, NO ADULT themes!

•playing card

•Bookmark

•ATC (Artist trading card)

•blank ATC

•card stock or scrapbook paper, not bent or ripped

•even a post it with a note on it is considered 1 item:)

•senders choice, (no food due to allergies)

YOU CAN put more than 1 item, but you must have atleast 1 item!

Ratings... This is NOT a profile based swap, you may not like the item, but please follow the rating guidelines. Rate a 5 if your swap is on time and there is 1 or more items inside. Rate 3 if there is NOTHING but air inside or is late, and 1 if it doesn't arrive. Please check with the sender or the coordinator on sent status before you assume they flaked and rate them poorly. The PO can lose items. Give the your partner the benefit of the doubt. This is a newbie swap and many are just learning!

You may give a heart, if you like. I give hearts for people taking time to read my profile and send items I listed that I like! But you can't please everyone. Please rate the person ASAP once you receive your swap...this is meant to improve their ratings! If you don’t plan on rating once your have received your item, you will maybe be late or flake, don’t join!!

USA only...you just need a single postage stamp to ship!

FYI ....Reminder for newbies! Always remember to write the swap name and your swapbot ID...somewhere on your swap!! Your partner can't rate you if they can't see who sent it! Also many people who swap, do several at once...label each and every swap you do!!

ALSO!! Many newbies are forgetting to click the "I sent my item" link on recent swaps. It is right near the 'see my partners' link....It may be sent, but if you don't click the link, the host and others don't think it is!

If you send something that is dirty, ripped or has hair on it, you can’t expect people to be happy. If you want to improve your ratings, think of what others might think when they open it:)) Just a helpful tip to newbies and those struggling to get started:)) Happy swapping!
