Description:

I love photography and like to include real photos in some of my atc's. For this swap, you will incorporate at least one photograph in to an ATC that you make for your partners. You will have two partners. You can make the photograph the primary focus of the ATC or use it just as a portion of the overall ATC.

Have fun. Please only send quality ATC's that do not include any stickers.

All skill levels are welcome, with filled out profiles and no recent unexplained no sends. Thank you.

great minds think alike, I've used photos in my ATCs (for Fav Movie ATC I used Pirates of Caribbean photos of 2 styrofoam pumpkins my hubby carved of Pirate Ship & Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow, Birds Return Postcard I used photos of Robins I photographed last Summer, and recently in Prom Dress Postcard I used photos of my daughter in her prom dress), I'm doing a Private Swap of a Photo Portrait PostCard and using one of my daughter's portrait arts on a post card, I'll watch for now & may join

Great. I look forward to having you in the swap. I also use photos on my handmade postcards.

What if they're stickers made from my own photographs? :-)

wolfeagle 05/22/2010 #

@LeishaCamden ..I've never seen that but if it is your photograph printed on sticky type paper, then that would be okay. You can also just cut and glue your photograph down.

I have stickers made from photos I've taken myself, I got them from moo.com. They're square and less than one inch to the side, they could work really well as elements on at ATC. I'll have to see what I come up with, I guess. :-) Thanks for replying!!

I've often just used a good photo for the entire ATC, mounting it on black cardstock. Since Photography is an art, and ATCs are supposed to be small pieces of whatever your art is, it works.

...and running them through my Xyron makes them stickers, sortof.
