Mix CD/Tape swap! (international!)

Maybe the swap's name should be changed so it doesn't say "mix" since that forum link you gave specifically says that mix tapes/cd's can't be swapped and this seems to be for a cd or tape we already own?

How is this abiding by the new rules of sending mix cd's and tapes? Watching for now..

wait -- i'm not sure i understand?? if i've legally purchased music, i can't put it on a mix for a swap partner?? what is the reasoning?
