Inspirational/Vintage Tussie Mussie

I just LOVE Tussie Mussies. I wanted to carry one for my wedding, but settled for a beautiful bouquet instead. SO, let's get creative and create a beautiful, inspirational Tussie Mussie for our partner!

• Print out the Tussie Mussie template or use one of your own.

Try to use heavy cardstock, or several scrapbook papers for thickness. Using a different paper (or design) on the inside will add a nice liner to the tussie mussie. There are many options available on the internet. Try to google some examples. Flickr or Etsy should have some really nice examples. Remember, Tussie Mussie can be spelled differently, such as Tussy Mussy or can be named "cone" also.

Directions:

• Print out template, using heavy paper
• Follow directions on template, or use your own template
• Make sure to add a ribbon for hanging
• The fun part, decorate the tussie mussie. Be creative! Be inspirational! Have fun! Use your partner's favs- their favorite color, their favorite theme, etc.
• Fill with inspirational items for your partner. Suggestions- vintage items: buttons, bows, ribbons, lace, pretty pen, rick rack, pom pom ribbon, ephemera, etc. -Wrap your tussie mussie carefully before sending
