Tarot Card Series #1 -- The Fool

I've been thinking about hosting this swap for a while and I hope this group will have fun with creating cards for this series.

We will be doing 1 card for each of the 22 traditional major arcana cards. The sign ups for this first card - The Fool, end on April 1 - which seems so appropriate. Cards must be sent by April 15 - which will be the deadline to sign up for the 2nd card. We'll continue doing 1 card for 1 partner every 2 weeks until we're done with all 22 cards.

Since this group typically works with larger sizes, I'm going to set a standard of 3" x 5" for each card. You can cut your own paper or get a pack of blank index cards as your base. The backs of your cards should be decorated with an all-over pattern like a real deck of cards. You can use the same pattern on all or do different patterns on each, but the back must be decorated as well as the front.

Feel free to use any choice of media and techniques to create your cards, paint, draw, collage, photography, digitally created images. HAVE FUN!
