Dandelions

i love this idea, but where can dandelion items be found???

Good question!! I drew my own dandelion notecard, my partner will probably get some of those. Also (if you like making things) you could pull dandelion pictures off the internet, print them up, and make a collage postcard or ATC or something from it... I know eBay had some rubber stamps with dandelions that were lovely (you might have to search under several different headings) if you want to buy something. I wonder if you could press a dandelion, or dandelion leaves, in time and make a bookmark or notecard or something out of that (if you HAVE any real dandelions where you are yet.) Also you might find some cards or stationery or giftwrap at a store somewhere?

Any other ideas, anyone?

Oh, one more thing, I went to moo.com (someone here recommended it)... there is a thread in the forums from last week... maybe under ideas? In that thread they listed two pages to go to where you receive two separate offers from moo.com (I redeemed both). You use your own photos, or theirs, or an internet picture, and have them print up business cards... but I printed up swap cards instead... and I used a dandelion picture. Ten cards were totally free (including shipping) and fifty cards you paid only the shipping ($5 or $6) You have to let them leave a little advertising strip on the edge, not a problem for me. That's an idea, too.

I searched etsy.com for dandelion items and found stickers, magnets, etc. I also found stickers & pinback buttons & magnets at zazzle.com

And today I found a really beautiful set of dandelion thank you notes in Target, with the wedding invitations. You could use them yourself and package up some of them for your partner.

Wow etsy has TONS of little dandelion things, and also great ideas you could use if you enjoy papercrafts...
