Description:

I am just finished a swap for a Tiny Treasure card, and it seemed to me that it would be a super fun idea to do with our group members.

Swap is for 1 handmade Tiny Treasure Card (see here for instructions/examples): http://designingmoms.blogspot.com/2009/10/make-tiny-treasure-cards.html

You will make 1 card to go to 1 partner. Cards are sender’s choice, so they can be a theme that you really want to do, something based on your partners profile, whatever you like (if your partner has an upcoming birthday, that might be a fun theme to go with). However, please make your card a “Harajuku/kawaii” theme. This doesn’t mean it has to be based on a character; but think about things like bright colours, cute items, fun things, lots of creativity.

You can send an envelope with the card if you like, but since the cards are made from scratch it may be difficult to find an envelope that your card will fit in. So please note that the extra envelope for the card is OPPTIONAL.

Participation requirements: Please ensure that you meet the swap requirements for our group- 4.8 rating and 5 type 3 swaps. I will be reviewing profiles and removing anyone who does not meet the posted requirements. Lastly, please make sure you rate your partner in a timely fashion; this is just courtesy and lets your partner know that their work is appreciated.

A big thank you to @BrennanB for letting me borrow this swap 

Ooo this is such a great idea! I'm watching for now, pending the acquisition of cardstock. :]

I do hope that you'll be able to sign up for this one @ilove2smile :) I just made a card for a similar swap and had a lot of fun putting it together.

Hello Everyone,

Partners have now been assigned, and I sent everyone a message about how the card can be done differently than in the link provided.

Rather than a see through window on both sides, the side that ends up facing the inside of the card can be solid. So just the window on the front of the card is see through. You can create your card either way, both are acceptable. Just some methods work better for different designs than others :)

Happy card making and swapping!

So far, all but two cards have been received. Hopefully the last two will arrive soon :)
