February Kindness Swap - International

This swap is being run in conjunction with missstamper's Regional swap. We both thought it would be a kind idea to open this to all members! ;)

This quote is the basis for this monthly swap. This is the second in a series - first International version.

You will show your kindness to one partner by putting together a thoughtful package. Small gift items, stationary, books, swap cards, dotees, etc. The ideas are endless. Items can be handmade or store bought, but value should be in the $5-$8 range. Only send items that are of excellent quality and make sure your profile is WELL filled out..

Guidelines:

Must have been rated for 10 separate snail mail swaps, 4.8 rating or higher, no 1's or 3's within the past 6 months without a valid explanation, known non-raters may also be banned. (Due to the various shipping companies, I have extended the dates in hopes of avoiding any issues.)
