Any Kind Postcard swap

It says 3 partners but the description says 1. Which is it going to be?

I know I am a newbie, but where do I get the names and addy's for the people I send to. There is nothing in my message box.

The host has from January 16 until the 22nd to assign swap partners. When this has been done, you will get a personal email from SB directing you back to this page. In the top righthand corner will be a box where you can click on a link to get your partners' names and mailing info, as well as a link to their profiles.

Just to be clear, what does it mean for a postcard to be "naked" ... don't use an envelope?

It has been awhile since I sent a postcard out of the country; can anyone tell me how much it costs to send a postcard from the USA to any other nation? I can't remember and I would like to save a trip to the post office if possible. Thanks!

It's just under a dollar for most European countries. I think either 96 0r 98 cents.

Canada is $.75, Mexico is $.79, everywhere else is $.98. Hope this helps.

Note: They the USPS treats a postcard like a first class letter to all other countries.

Joining groups is different from joining swaps. The easiest way: if you see a group you're interested in in someone's profile, click on that link which will take you to the group home page. There you can read the description and click on the 'join this group' link.

I sent my postcards out this morning. The post from New Zealand can be a little slow. If you don't get a card, please let me know and I will resend.

One of my partners, yrret107, has a blank profile. I like to send postcards my partners will like, but without a filled-out profile it's impossible to know what to send. I'm taking a shot in the dark here.

Will send out tomorrow, I am sending out viewcard from my country :)

I sent my cards yesterday. I sent handmade cards, so I hope they make it through the postal system okay.

I sent my 3 cards out at the last minute, right on the deadline. Now I have an e-mail saying I haven't sent out my cards. What does that mean? Am I supposed to have logged in my mailing somewhere? Sorry--hopeless newbie. :-)

If anyone gets a flaker for a partner, I'm happy to send a postcard to you. I just realized this swap was supposed to be mailed on Monday and here it is Thursday! But they're gone today. Noticing the participants, I see a few other "Not Sents" but they may be like me and just haven't realized the swap was due out or they may have sent their postcards but forgot to mark them as "Sent". I do see someone who has "Not Sent" and has a 1 rating though, so AndreaJ, I offer my services to you, the swap coordinator, if you need me to "angel" a postcard to anyone. :)

I feel so dumb. I just realized I didn't put my username on my postcards. I signed them "Fiona Webster," my real name, which is in my profile. Does that mean the recipients will have no way of rating me?
