Description:

For this swap, you'll each have one partner, and write one letter. In your letter you'll answer the following questions:

You're stranded on a deserted island..

  1. If you could have one person in the world to be stranded with, who would it be (real, fictional, celebrity, doesn't matter). Why?

  2. What 3 material objects would you take with you? Why?

  3. How would you pass the time until your rescue?

  4. If you were stranded there for a whole year what are the first 3 things you would do after your rescue? Why?

Please feel free to explain your answers more fully, and to go off on tangents. There is no word or page limit. You also aren't limited to the 4 questions i've given. If there is something else you'd do, or think, or say, while on the island, tell your partner! However, you'll need to answer each question, and one word answers don't count.

I'm not placing any limits on this swap. Anyone can join, as long as they take the time to make sure that their profile is filled out nicely.

This swap is INTERNATIONAL.

Since you guys will be telling your partner things about yourself, you're more than welcome to start writing now, so you can mail them out as soon as the partners are assigned.

Also, I'll be angeling the no-sends on this one myself. So, everyone who sends a letter will receive one.

EDIT: It was pointed out to me that i forgot to mention what the delivery method should be. You may either hand write or type your letter, however, you'll need to mail your letter via the postal service where you live, and not send them by email.

question: Could we write them the letter in snail mail instead of e-mail?

I think something like this would be much more fun sending snail mail!

These are supposed to be sent by snail mail.. I apologize if i didn't make that clear in my swap description, i'll edit it so that it specifies snail mail. I agree with you. I think hand-written letters delivered by the mailman are much more personal. I get way too many emails as it is, and checking email just isnt as fun as checking the mailbox.
