Great Idea but I've never made a bag before so I'll just make to flik some together and only watch untill I'm sure I can make something incredible :-)

ViolaOdorata Me too! I have just finished one that is a slightly oversized messenger bag, good for groceries and flea market treasure hunting. It's made from a great Cath Kidston print, polka dot lining (I LOVE polka dots - see my other swap!) and finished with a beautiful vintage button. Ooooh, so nice! have fun with the swap, Kate

This is gonna be good. I usually only use bags that fit on my shoulder...that's my only preference really. And I love buttons too!

thanks for doing this swap. i use a bag with a longer strap like a messenger bag crossover too! i'm a plus size so it's more comfortable that way, if you need a measurement let me know i can pm it to you.

I just joined but would like to be included (still can't PM yet to explain lack of history). I was just about to start making myself a purse to replace the one that's falling apart but am notoriously bad at making things for myself...I usually make things to sell at shows, as custom orders, or to give as gifts so a swap would be perfect.

oh goodness, BAGS. I love, love, love bags and I need a small/medium-ish one for my books! Shoulder straps and a handle would be awesome, and some sort of closure (snaps, zipper, button, buckle, anything). Do check out my wists for examples of what I like, or pm me :)

upps i forgot to mention to who ever will be my partner. I like medium bags, i have a moleskin planner that i carry with me all the time and needs to fit inside and i also carry my wallet, and my nintendo ds, and...... omg hahaha shhhhh too many things!!

I guess everyone has left there preferences of bag sizes and colors etc. I will add to it to...I enjoy butterflies, beautiful the better. My favorite color is purple and the bigger the bag the better. I have a son that is 2 and of course it never fails that i put in extra nessessities in there for him too...LOL...Not tremendiously huge but like larger size bags.

I prefer a messenger style bag... I just sent my artners bag off today!! I'm really excited to see if she likes it!!!

Hello Everyone! I have sorted out the non-starters on this swap!
