So what is an FB

For this swap you will send two FBs (Freindship Books) to 2 partners, 4 FBs in total.

So whats an FB I hear you ask.

An FB is a small booklet, any size but usually around the same size as an ATC (Artist Trading Card) with 6 or 7ish pages stapled together with a deorated front cover. The cover can be deocrated with anything but try to keep it quite flat. For example Ribbon, stickers, printed images, patterned paper.

Sometimes they are covered in clear plastic to withstand the amount of travelling they have to do.

FBs can be for yourself or for your partner. In this case you will be making them for yourself. Which means when the book is full it should then make its way back to you.

When you have made your FB write inside the front cover "Made for the so whats an FB swap". Inside the back cover you should write. "if you complete the last page in this FB please return it to the address on page 1. On page one you write your name, adress and a few details about the type of swaps you like to do and whether you are looking for new penpals.

Each time you do a swap or send out a penpal letter you can pass on an FB.

Definitions: An FB that has started on its journey is called an established FB, A new FB is one that you have just made.

The purpose is to build up a collection of addresses of people you can do private swaps with or become penpals with.

Please rate your swap partner when you receive their FBs. DO NOT wait until your own book returns to you as this can sometimes take quite a long time.

As these are small and not too expensive to post the swap is open to international swappers, please be aware that you may have to send overseas.
