this is an international swap* samhain is a time for doing work with the ancestors and divination, also a time of needing protection while working your magick ....... so for this swap we will be creating 1 witch ball of protection for 1 partner..... how will we go about this you ask, read on.......... goto your local craft store and get one of those clear glass or plastic christmas tree ornaments and fill it up with herbs/roots/ charms of protection....if you are crafty you can seal it with wax but they come with a closure top so its not mandatory..and pack it well and send it to your partner:) they are lovely to hang in the window all year round! please include a note on the things you have put inside and a ribbon in red or black to hang it from. of course i would choose the clear plastic but thats just me:) questions, comments??? just ask:)

ps the ball does not have to be round, i have seen them in egg shape, bird shape...etc.........:)

hi liz, i know the dreaded panduro hobby has them , in glass..sigh::::::::

i say dreaded because they are so expensive but its not so bad, a pack of 6 for i think 5 pounds.........you could send one and keep 5 for your home!!!

Ah yeah we have Panduro in Denmark too, so I know just where to get one of those. I'm putting it on my watch list :)

I will see if I can get something like this here. I doubt it though as they only ever come up with xmas decorations and the likes by mid-October / end of October. But the idea is absolutely wonderful.
