The Hand You're Dealt: Altered Playing Card Swap

Alright Queens, it's time for an Altered Playing Card swap! Altered Playing Cards are very similar to ATCs, except you make your creation on a playing card. For this swap, be sure and use the Queens!

The theme is "The Hand You're Dealt". You're going to make one altered playing card expressing an aspect of your life...maybe it is a collage of photos of your children, or an abstract representation of your job, or the way you feel in your relationship...get creative!

You will send each of your partners one altered playing card. Because these are easy to make and inexpensive to send, I'm going to set 2 partners and make this an international swap with a relatively quick turn over. So, basically 1 card to each of your two partners. Don't forget, you can start on your cards as soon as you sign up!

If you have any questions, please let me know! I reserve the right to ban anyone but I don't think we'll have that problem in this group. Also, no experience with these is required! Just take a chance and have fun. You can find some great examples on Flickr. Just to let the beginners know, you should leave at least one of the suits visible. Let your partner know you're sending a Queen! =]
