September 27th 2009 is World Heart Day. Make a quality ATC with one or more hearts on it to send to one partner. ATCs are 2.5" by 3.5" (landscape or portrait) on decent card, not flimsy, with your details on the back. How to rate: 5 = an ATC meeting the above requirements, whether or not you like it. 3 = a package sent after the send by date without notification to the recipient and host. 1 = nothing received at all, but PM the sender to ask for a resend first. Hearts are awarded at your discretion, regardless of whether or not extras are included. I give hearts based on if the package makes me smile. This is international. All members welcome to join, but I will ban at my discretion, looking at the profile as a whole. | |
