I am starting another polaroid swap, and this time it will be still life =) The rules are: You must take one polaroid photo and send it to your partner. It can be of any subject that you consider to fit into the theme of 'still life' which is traditionally an object study which has been set up, for example a bowl of fruit or vase of flowers etc. However, feel free to be creative! The polaroid can be sent either in an envelope or 'naked' postcard style. A rating of 4.9 is required to join.

I've been searching my area for an actual polaroid camera and can't find them anymore--does anyone in this swap have any suggestions for me? I miss this format!

Does the camera has to be polaroid? I saw an instant file camera in a shopping plaza close to my home (not from Polaroid). Just wondering if that is ok?

i will allow fujifilm instax film, if that is what you saw?

I know new polaroid cameras are no longer produced or sold, but there does seem to be quite a few second-hand ones. I would suggest trying ebay if there is nowhere in your area that might have them.
