Make me a Journal with Prompts~ USA ONLY

I had just completed a journal email swap where I asked partners for ideas and different questions about their journaling expeirences. I enjoyed it so much and got such insight and inspiration from it, that I would like to start another swap. For this swap,

1. We will take a nice journal
2. Journal must be new
3. Write on at leaste 10 pages, ( can be more if you choose)
4. write prompts for your partner to write in and things for them to journal about.

Examples include: 1. This is how I felt today-------------------------------- 2. My goals for the year_____________________

and so on...

Thoes of you who are seasoned in doing journals, please feel free to decorate the cover, add embellishments and alter the pages, etc to make it more pleasing to your partner..
