International Recipe Exchange #3

I've hosted this swap a couple times and I always get wonderful recipes, so I'd love to try it again.

For this swap, you'll email your partners a recipe or two that relates either to your local area (I'm in Philadelphia) or to your nationality (I'm English/Irish, hubby is Italian/Hungarian).

Something that's got either a cultural or geographical theme to it (For example for my first swap I sent Italian recipes my mother-n-law had taught me, for the second German recipes because I lived in Germany before and they were some of my favorites). I also received some delicious southern flair recipes and some native to the sender's towns.

For a heart, explain to your partners why you chose the recipe, what you like about it and where it came from.

This is an easy swap for those of us who love food! :)
