Description:
This swap is International! Standard size ATCs (2.5 inches by 3.5 inches) Technique: Fibers You will make one ATC for one partner using fabric, yarn or other fiberous materials (such as flax, hemp, gauze, thread, embroidery floss, etc.) One ATC plus one partner equals ONE CARD. Be creative! Do NOT just glue some threads on a felt background and call it done. I have put some examples of fiber atcs in the swap logo photo so that you can see what I expect for this swap. ATCs can be sewn, quilted, embroidered, stapled, bradded, taped or glued, but please do your absolute best work. Any questions, please message me, as I don't always read the comments.

Can the background be made of paper?

Yes, it can as long as it is not the main focus of the card. It needs to have fibers or fabric on it somewhere.
