Complicated Scavenger Hunt #2

Here is the second edition which I hope is much more complicated than the first!

This swap is open to all countries and all good standing members of Complicated Swap Lovers. You will have one partner to send to and you must send them at least 8 of the following 10 items. You should aim for all, but you can skip 2 at the most if they are too complicated for you.

SCAVENGER LIST:

1) Something from the future.
2) www.bbc.co.uk /onthisday
Pick a number from 1-12.
Pick a number from 1-31.
Pick a number from 30-95. NOTE added July 3rd: It appears as though you can't search by year, so just use the first two numbers and pick a story that comes up.
Go www.bbc.co.uk/onthisday and do a search for that date. If you picked Feb. 30th or Sep. 31st choose the next closest day. Pick one or all of the stories and send one/them to your partner by printing them.
3) Walk out the front door of any building. Take 10 steps forward and 10 steps to the left . Turn yourself around until you are dizzy and take a picture of what you see. Since your lovely host has a crappy camera and a crappy printer, the quality of this image is up to sender. Sorry.
4) Take a piece of your clothing that is either too big or too small and make something else out of it for your partner.
5) Something bought in a store that was made in the USA. I believe this will be complicated for anyone who lives in or out of the USA. You are NOT allowed to make something yourself just because you live in the USA. The item must be available in a store. Do not spend more than $1-$3.
6) Something that weighs exactly 20 grams.
7) Something to eat or drink that IS healthy but is NOT brown, white, crunchy, expired, in liquid form, served cold, a list of ingredients, found in a gas station/convenience store/corner store or made in China.
8) Something you consider “hard to find”.
9) Write a coded message to your partner, but only give them a hint as to how to decode it.
Example:
YOUR MESSAGE: I LOVE SWAPBOT
CODED: N QTAJ XBFUGTY
HINT: MOVE 5 SPACES TO THE LEFT.
ANSWER: IF YOU MOVE 5 SPACES TO THE LEFT FROM THE LETTERS IN THE MESSAGE, YOU WILL GE THE CODED LETTERS.
Something like that.
10) PICK YOUR OWN: Chose an item you think relates to “complicated” and send that.
