Summer Specialty Recipe Card Swap

This group has been awfully quiet lately, so I thought I'd try creating a really simple group swap and seeing if we can get things going a bit.

Share your favorite recipe for a Summer Specialty. What do you make that everyone asks for at the BBQ? Is it your unforgettable potato salad? Your memorably strawberry shortcake? Or that fantastic spiked lemonade that goes down so easily?

Please make a recipe card and mail it to your partner. This is not an email swap. 1 recipe, 1 partner -- nice and easy.

You can make the card by hand, type it up, photocopy it -- whatever floats your boat. In fact, I'm not even going to restrict the size; you can do 3x5, 4x6, full page... as long as it's on some kind of paper, that's all I ask. If you want to create a handmade illustrated recipe card, that's fabulous, but it's not required. You can include more recipes than one, if you'd like, but again, it's not required.

EDITED TO ADD: I didn't include minimum swapper requirements since it's a group swap, but someone suggested I should, so: minimum 4.6, no unexplained 1s. I reserve the right to drop anyone who doesn't look kosher.

So let's see your best summer secret recipes! This is international since postage should be minimal.
