the "Proust Questionnaire" from Vanity Fair Magazi

I've been flipping through my co-worker's past issues of Vanity Fair magazine and I'm finding my favorite part of the mag, besides the great photography, is the questionnaire at the back of the mag which is entitled: Proust Questionnaire.

I like it so much that I read through what the actor/actress of the month answers and then I answer it! I think it would be fun for us all to answer the questions so I'm putting them in this swap!
