We will be doing a Bible study on Ezra. Pray and read Nehemiah 8:1-12. Send the following questions and your answers to your assigned partner.

v. 3 Where was the location? How long did the event occur? What was the people's reaction?

v. 4 Where did Ezra stand?

v. 5 What did the people do when Ezra opened the book?

v. 6 Who did Ezra bless? What did the people answer? What did they do?

v. 9 What did Nehemiah, Ezra, and the Levites say to all the people?

v. 10 What were they told was their strength? How could you apply this verse to your life?

v. 11 What did the Levites do?

v. 12 What did the people go to do after that event? What does Hebrews 4:12 say about the word of God?
