Instead of swapping an entire journal we will swap 2-3 pages in each swap. It is then up to you how you want to arrange your partners' journal entries into a binder/journal.

Requirement: Paper must be minimum 8" x 10" and maximum 9" x 12". Roughly the size of 8.5" x 11" copy/notebook paper is fine.

Each swap will have a few questions regarding mental health, coping skills, emotion regulation, etc. You are to write the questions and answers (minimum 3 sentences each answer) on one of the sheets of paper. You can choose to decorate this page or not. If this part takes more than one sheet of paper that's completely fine.

On another sheet of paper you are to express yourself creatively or artistically in some way. You don't have to be an artist, just try your best. Examples: collage, watercolor, mixed media, hand drawn picture or doodles. No sticker slapping but artistic use of a couple of stickers is fine.

Make sure to include your swap bot username and the name of the swap as well as the round number somewhere on the swap itself (one or both of the pages). You may fold your pages in half to mail cheaper/easier.
