Connie and I have been busy working up a swap schedule for the coming months, and we are going to start with an ATC with the theme: Add A Hat and Some Wings. So pick your central figure - human, animal, etc - and add a hat and some wings to whatever that may be. Lot of room for creativity with this one and lots of fun to be had as well!
