The Swap Requirements:

• You will make an Icicle Doll for One Partner

• This swap IS International

• This is a Free Theme swap so it is your choice on what type, color, etc to make!

Signup Requirements

• Must have at least 5 snail mail swaps under your belt (BUT if you don't, please contact me)

• No no-sends (unless it is some very strange circumstances!)

• No recent 1's (if you have an unfair rating PLEASE PM me, we can work something out)

• If you are a known "non rater" then please don't join. Not rating a swap is terrible in my opinion!

• I will be checking ALL profiles and will Ban where I see fit. The "send-by" date is NOT a suggestion, it is the date which the swap needs to be mailed out by! I do understand that sometimes life happens however, if it does, please be sure to communicate with your partner and myself!! Thanks!

Ratings Expectations

• Your partner deserves a "5" you if receive an Icicle Doll which meets the above description.

• A "3" if late, or doesn't meet description.

• A "1" if non at all.
