Hi let's make a page with any kind of cat on it but the cat has to be wearing a hat or a crown. So let's have some fun and make a great page that your partner will like. And some ribbon or lace or washing tape and some layers if you want do something different on it that you haven't done for awhile. Size 4 x 6 sturdy back. Start any time Hat or crown can be drawn, ink stamped cut out of a book or magazine.
