I am 36 this year, not from Russia but Finland right next to it, mail slowly coming here still...

Anyone can join. If they are 30 or over and do not live in Russia. As mail is not even going to Russia. North America is not accepting mail to Russia . So it would not be fair to accept people from there in swaps when partners cannot send mail. But any other country can take part.

Australia has also suspended delivery to or receipt of mail from Russia. Australia Post regularly updates on its website about any delays or suspensions: https://auspost.com.au/disruptions-and-updates/international-service-updates

Sending a thoughtful letter and including stickers is a wonderful idea. Being 30 or over adds a unique touch to the exchange. It's great that it's open to Smd screen in Islamabad participants from any country, except Russia, considering mail constraints. Looking forward to connecting globally through this swap.

🤔 I think the only exception for that rule would be postcards. I’m on Postcrossing and I’ve gotten several postcards from Russia lately. I guess the postal system thinks it’s ok since it’s a pc and everyone can read it.
