What is a glue book and what is a glue book page?

A gluebook is typically a bound notebook filled with a collection of paper ephemera, glued onto the page using a glue or gluestick. Glued objects turn into a collage, and so a gluebook is a collection of collages.

It's a little different than a journal as typically very little writing is done in a gluebook) and it's different than a junk journal as very few junk journal embellishments such as tuck spots, pockets, bands, etc. It's more like a smash book or a glorified collage book.

So you will make a 4x6 page that you have painted, stamped, stenciled and mostly collaged in the theme of 'the colors of fall'. Orient your work so the long side is up and down. Please make it neat and not chunky as it is designed to be glued into a journal. Typically a page will have a unified theme. The beauty of a glue book is that they are collections of art from other people.
