  1. I would help both of my daughters with their house/living situation.
  2. I would encourage my husband to sell his lawn business so we could both retire.
  3. I'd spend a lot of time with my folks in Michigan.
  4. I would get a nice car.
  5. My hubby and I would travel. (I know a lot of my friends have travel trailers and fifth wheels, but I'd rather same that money and get a nice hotel!)

but I'd rather SAVE that money - LOL

Oh, I have dreamed about it lately so much, LOL!

  1. I'd give a bunch to my sister to she could either pay off some of their mortgage loans or do repairs in summerhouse, whatever she chooses. They have bought an old farm where they spend summers and which needs a lot of repairs, some of it so that we could spend our vacations there as well, so it would be only fair.
  2. I'd buy a little plot of land where I could actually grow vegetables (our backyard gets almost no sun but a lot of pine needles).
  3. I'd pay part of my brother's mortgage for about similar sum as I'd give to sister so that their family had a smaller burden, too.
  4. I'd set aside some money for the time our kids want to buy their own homes or older relatives need to move to a retirement home.
  5. And then I'd donate the rest to Ukraine.

  1. I'd buy a house with a garden and my own lilac bush.
  2. I'd go on a trip to the US to see my sister and her new baby, maybe we could even go somewhere fun, like DC.
  3. I'd pay for my son to get assessed and into therapies, instead of being on waiting lists for months.
  4. I'd pay someone to help me organize my new home beautifully.
  5. Finally, I'd split whatever is left into four savings accounts for me, my retirement and my two boys.

  1. I'd give 10% to several faith based organizations and charities.
  2. I'd finish paying off my student loans.
  3. I'd buy a modest motor home and travel North America for a few months. I want to experience living off the grid.
  4. I'd go back to school for my Masters. I'd like to get my MSW and be a licensed social worker.
  5. I'd buy a house and open a Bed and Breakfast.

The top 5 things I would do if I suddenly had a million dollars are: 1. Go on a multi-country cruise ship ride to explore different places. 2. Buy a nice house with a big garden here in the UK. 3. Buy a second home in another country. 4. Share some money with immediate family. 5. Start my own business.

    1. I would buy each of my daughters a house ( they in apartments right now ).
    1. I would get a tiny house for my husband & I and live off the grid & have a farm again. We have a house now & would love to sell it. But the house market isn't the greatest here in PA.
    1. Buy houses and fix them up and sell them. there are so many abandoned houses.
    1. I would help the homeless who want help & get them established into a new life. So many even in this tiny town here.
    1. The rest I put aside for my husband & I for going out to eat sometimes. Can't afford it anymore otherwise.

  1. Maybe not the most fun but I'd pay off all my debt!! Student loans, credit cards, car loan!!!
  2. Quit my job lol! I'm currently in school and with some disposable income I would use my time to focus on school rather than on earning money.
  3. Buy all new furniture and decorate my house exactly how I want to!!
  4. This goes hand-in-hand with my third one but I would deck out my office room, new computer, new decor, and a whole new storage system for all my art supplies (and a bunch of new art supplies!!)
  5. put a biiiig chunk of it into a retirement fund so i can live my life how i wanna after it's time to retire :p

RV for me and my husband to camp and travel in Building our collections of things that we love Starting up businesses for myself and whoever else has that dream within my circle. 1). Pay off my mortgage (50K)

2). Establish a trust so that my two adult sons have a rescue cushion to be used only in real times of trouble. A need to pursue Nick Cave around the world is NOT trouble. Unemployment IS trouble. (200K)

3). Normally I would dream of riding on the Orient Express, or Venetian gondolas, or traipsing about the Galapagos. That was then. I now have a phobia of using too many natural resources for amusement. As long as I am stuck in my decrepit body, I want to send sandwiches to people in deep difficulty. I like the World Central Kitchen. Food https://wck.org/ They believe that "Food is a universal human right". 250K

4). Contribute to https://www.globalcitizen.org/en/categories/defend-the-planet/ They work with people living in poverty and also work on defending the planet against ecocide. 250 K

5). Chocolate Fund: to sample well-reviewed chocolates as my family watches Jeopardy! 5 K

6). The final 245 K will be a donation to Peaceworkers:
"The mission of Peaceworkers is to support, strengthen and promote nonviolent movements for peace and justice and nonviolent peacemaking efforts in the US and around the world"

I am not trying to "virtue-signal". I am at the point in my life where tasty food, a good book, a symphony or opera, and a convivial cat meet my needs.

Let me try this again...

1- I would pay off our daughters’ college loans.

2- I would hire a housekeeper to come in for a couple hours a couple times a week, to sweep, vacuum, dust and change the beds. I won’t ask too much as my wife will probably sit and yak with her… at $18 an hour.

3- I would get a new car to replace my 15 year old ford Escape. (I have always wanted a 1920-ish Rolls-Royce Siler Ghost.)

4- We would travel more. Right now (before covid and beginning again next spring) we do ten-day to two-week road trips twice a year. We also budget for a ‘big trip’ once every three years. Our last big one was to take our granddaughter, her mother and her aunt to Disney Land. That was just before covid struck. We aren’t ready to fly again yet but Iceland, Italy and a return to London are on our list. Road trips and, potentially, train travel soon, are on the table.

Our next road trip, when covid came, was going to be Cleveland, to see the rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame and other sights and attractions there and along the way. We have to decide if that will be our next trip as I have to start planning it soon. The first step will be to see if and when the Red Sox are going to play the Guardians.

5- I could spend some on my hobbies – Ham Radio and Model Railroading. Perhaps I could pay someone to come paint a more realistic backdrop for my model railroad layout. Other than that though, I’m pretty happy with what I have.

  1. Give a lot of it to different charity organizations, especially animal ones and to help homeless people.

  2. I would also fund research on diseases (especially dementia) and play for dna testing in cold Jane & John Doe cases to hopefully give their families some answers and closure <3

  3. I’d finish paying off my moms mortgage, since that takes a big tole on her financially.

  4. Id buy myself a lot of stamps and stationary with the leftover money, I’m always running out of stamps haha

  5. I’d love to travel the world and experience life in many different places

This is interesting! In my opinion, money should always work and make a profit. Therefore, I would definitely spend part of the money in the https://changelly.com/buy/eth service to purchase the promising cryptocurrency Ethereum, and within a year such investments would make me even richer. Have you ever thought about investing in cryptocurrency?
