In many countries, it is not allowed to import seeds. For example, in Australia they wouldn't get through. In the US, they are not allowed but might get through. ...

This really should be a USA only swap for the reasons mentioned by Swan--it's a safety issue--too many problems can travel with organic materials between countries, causing unbelievable hazards in agriculture if just one disallowed seed or bug makes it in.
