Let's pay homage to a beautifully turned out vintage lady...a DECORATED lady! There are so many images available of vintage ladies dressed in lovely gowns...maybe with lace and gems!...with beautiful jewelry and gorgeously styled hair. Embellish as you wish, and remember that your ATC must be 3.5 inches at the peak and 2.5 inches wide. Use a firm base, such as the cardboard from a cereal or cracker box, and cover the back with pretty paper so there's no bare cardboard showing.Have a wonderful time creating something beautiful for your swap partner!
