QUESTIONS and FEEDBACK on this swap are WELCOME and APPRECIATED

BEFORE JOINING (if you do not meet the following criteria and still want to join, message me to indicate your interest and be responsive - I just need your assurance that you will be committed to this swap)

Must have completed at least one type 2/3 swap with rating in the last 12 months OR at least one type 1 swap in the last 6 months.

The total number of ratings of 3's and 1's should not be more than 5, please.

If there are recent failed attempts at communication, I will ban you.

If you are picky and uptight regarding giving ratings and hearts, you may not join.

Kindly check if your mailing information is up-to-date before joining. Check other participants' countries, whether mail can be exchanged.

Please set aside and check if you have a postcard and stamps for the swap before joining and before partners are assigned. You can change what to send after partners are assigned.

WHAT IS THE SWAP?

IRPC means international random postcard

EVERYTHING IS SENDER'S CHOICE. Of course, it's nice, and feel free to check your partner's profile, if you want to.

Take a random NEW and STORE-BOUGHT postcard.

The LEFT half of the postcard should have : • the date of writing, • the swap name, • YOUR PERSONAL HIGHLIGHTS OF THE LATEST WEEK and • your swap-bot username

You can treat it as a shared journal entry for the week, especially if you have limited time, AND/OR Just a reason to share your week with someone.

The RIGHT half of the postcard should have : • the address of your assigned partner, • the appropriate denomination stamp for airmail to their country

Communication is key. If there is any delay/issue, please message the concerned user.

BE KIND:

If you receive a postcard from your partner, you must rate a 5.

The recipient just needs to enjoy the interaction/message. You know, your partner shared their week with you. It's nice to hear from someone. ♥

IF SWAP IS NOT RECEIVED

The window for receiving the original (not resend) postcard is 4 months.

• ALL RECEIVING USERS: After 3 months, if you do not receive and if you are not satisfied, message your partner and AFTER doing that, inform me as well.

• ALL SENDING USERS: Photos of the front and the back of the written-on postcard (if saved) can sent via email to your partner who has not received, ONLY AFTER your partner lets you know they haven't received from you.

You may resend a postcard or email your partner with the weekly highlights of the latest week, but compensating is optional.

BE KIND

• Snail mail, especially international, IS unpredictable. Keep that in mind.

• If after 6 months from the 'Send by' date, a receiving user is still not satisfied, I will angel.

To summarise,

You get the 1st 3 months for the postcard to be received.

Months 4-6 for resending and communication attempts.

After 6 months (13th July, 2023), I will angel if necessary.

For future reference, I have offered a resend for this swap to https://www.swap-bot.com/user:ConfusedCabbage twice (May 21, and August 6, 2023) now. The offer will remain open as long as they communicate with me.
