MM&L: My Date with a Cryptid

Ever wanted to go on a date with a monster or a cryptid? Ok, this is your first time considering it -- fair enough, hear me out.

Imagine your favorite creature ends up asking you on a date, and you oblige. Maybe it's Bigfoot, Mothman, a cyclops, Champ, the Hodag... by whatever means, through whatever dimension, they invite you out for some romance. For this swap, you will be writing your partner a letter about your magical day. How do you feel about it? Did you take the lead and ask them out instead? Where do you go together? Do you do any activities? Do they do any big romantic gestures? Do they give you a big ol' smooch at the end? Do you get judged in public? Be creative and really think about how special this day could be!

Of course, if you are in a monogamous relationship, assume that you have a hall pass. Anyone who loves you would let you take this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity anyway.

Swap Requirements

• one letter to one partner

• minimum of 15 sentences, but make it as long and detailed as you'd like!

• may be neatly handwritten or typed

• use stationery or add some decoration to your paper for visual interest!

• no extras required, but they are welcome.
